12 Week Introduction to Meditation
making ancient trainings accessible for the modern world
Meditation is not what you think.
Many people see meditation as being something they could never do. It looks silly, nothing is happening, and yet it sounds incredibly difficult. How do people sit and keep their minds perfectly focused for one minute let alone ten, twenty, or more minutes?
If you think meditation is not for you because you could never do it, or you think that your mind is too 'all over the place' to be able to meditate - YOU'RE WRONG.
Your mind is all over the place because you're human. Everyone's mind is the same. We meditate because our minds are all over the place. YOU CAN MEDITATE. Even if you're mind is all over the place. This course will show you how.
Over twelve weeks we will introduce several ancient techniques so that you can see which ones work best for you. We will also explore some of the benefits on offer from starting a regular practice and help you start to incorporate this into your daily life.
